A spectacular journey through the wild jungle of one of the most naturally beautiful regions of Costa Rica. Kayak through exotic channels of Tortuguero National Park, famous for its untouched beaches where the nesting of Costa Rica’s famous giant green sea turtles takes place.(Jul to Sept) Tortuguero is one of the favorite nesting sites of the Green Turtle in the Western Hemisphere. A magnificent web of channels and lagoons can be explored in the National Park of Tortuguero, which allows you to be in direct contact with the great selection of flora and fauna. The expedition starts early, leaving San Jose and traveling through the Braulio Carrillo National Park where we will pass mountains covered by luscious forests, as well as various streams, rivers and waterfalls, until we arrive at the Caribbean of Costa Rica. Then we will get to the banana plantations, which we will cross, in order to get to the boat, which we will board to get to our final destination, Tortuguero National Park.
